“I lost a dear friend aged 43 from a massive heart attack. His sudden passing forced me to go and get myself checked, only to find that I too was living with heart disease. Don’t believe that it can’t happen to you. It can happen to anyone. And It’s never too early to get checked… It’s only ever too late.”
